Terms & Conditions

This website is operated by Rijal Store ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or an error in pricing is found, and you will be refunded in full. Product descriptions are for general information; results from grooming products vary from person to person. Do a patch test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs.

Privacy Policy

We collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or netbanking details. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with payment and delivery partners who need it to fulfil your order. If you submit a review, we collect your name, city and mobile number so we can verify the review against our order records; your mobile number is never shown on the website. To request correction or deletion of your data, email us at the address below.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: You can cancel before the order is shipped by contacting us. Prepaid orders are refunded in full.
Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and open box videos and photos. We may send a replacement or refund as applicable.
Opened or used products (oils) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged or wrong.
Refund timeline: Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and usually arrive in 4-7 business days depending on location. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders (UPI, cards and netbanking). If you choose Cash on Delivery, the amount shown at checkout is paid online in advance and the balance is paid in cash when the parcel arrives. You may receive tracking details by email or phone once your order ships. For outside india Shipping varies by location and that is communicated seperately.
